平面光波電路(PLC)分配器是一種利用硅光波導技術製作的光功率管理器件。它具有體積小、可靠性高、工作波長範圍寬、信道間均勻性好等特點，廣氾應用於PON網絡中實現光信號功率分割。Fiberlink提供全套的1xN PLC分配器和2xN PLC分配器產品，專門針對特定應用。所有產品均滿足GR-1209-CORE-2001和GR-1221-CORE-1999的要求。
